• Promotional credits — Bonus or promotional SMS credits
• Unused credits — Credits that remain unused at account termination

Service Unavailability

If our services are unavailable for extended periods due to technical issues on our end, we may provide service credits or extensions at our sole discretion. This does not constitute a cash refund.

Billing Errors

In cases of documented billing errors caused by our systems, we will investigate the issue and may provide corrections through account credits rather than cash refunds.

Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you have been charged without authorization, please contact us immediately. We will investigate such claims and take appropriate action, which may include account credits but not necessarily cash refunds.

Chargeback Policy

Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes for legitimate charges may result in immediate suspension of services and account termination. We reserve the right to pursue collection of disputed amounts through appropriate channels.
